Mesa County, Colorado Warrant Search

Mesa County arrest warrants are issued by a judge or magistrate after a finding of probable cause (i.e., that an individual has committed a crime) (Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) § 16-3-304). In Mesa County, an arrest warrant is required to identify the suspect and state the charges for which the suspect is to be apprehended. Such warrants must also include the signature of the judge who authorized it. Under the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act (CCJRA), individuals may inspect the Mesa County warrant records.
